Thank you for your EMA request

Your EMA request is registered in our EMA system. Our Quality department will process your EMA request within 1 working day. You can then view the status of your EMA request 24/7 in your My APG environment. For this you need to log in with your personal login details.

The progress of your EMA request in 5 steps

  1. Confirm your EMA request
Your EMA request will be included in our EMA system. Our quality department will process the EMA request within 1 working day. As soon as the EMA request is processed, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your EMA request from one of our quality staff. From that moment on you can view the status of your EMA request 24/7 in your My APG environment.
  2. Register your EMA request
Your EMA request will be reviewed, validated and registered as an EMA request.
  3. Approve for shipment
If approved, we will send you an EMA label and eMA shipment instruction by e-mail. The EMA number remains valid for 60 days. If your shipment is not received within that period, the EMA number will expire.
  4. Sending an EMA
After you have received an EMA label, you can send the items to APG Europe. The EMA label must be clearly visible on the outside of at least one package of the shipment. The shipment address is on the EMA label and in the EMA instruction. Shipments without mention of the EMA label and / or shipments without MSDQ reference will be refused by APG Europe. The sender is responsible for proper packaging of the shipment, so that transport damage is prevented. The sending is at the expense of the sender. Transport damage or loss of return shipments is at the risk and expense of the sender. Shipments on behalf of APG Europe will be refused.
  5. Receipt confirmation and handling of the EMA
After receiving and accepting the EMA shipment you will receive an email within one business day with a receipt confirmation with an expected lead time. The quality department handles the EMA and keeps you informed of EMA processing.
